Latin Dance Essentials Workshops | Progression Beginner to Intermediate
Level up with our Essentials Courses designed to strengthen your fundamentals and build confidence on the dance floor. These courses are suitable for students progressing into Intermediate Classes, as well as experienced dancers looking to refresh and refine their skills.
Choose between Salsa or Bachata below, or choose both to develop a well-rounded foundation in Latin dance.
Salsa Essentials Course (Progression Classes) 2 Weeks (2 × 2hr Workshops).
Location: Everglades Country Club Woy Woy
Dates: 14th April 2026 and 21st April 2026
Class Time: 4:30pm
This course is designed for those who have at least completed the Salsa Package (Weeks 3-5 Latin Dance | Beginners Classes), or for experienced dancers ready to move into Intermediate Classes.
Across 2 workshops, you’ll develop fundamental techniques and patterns that transform basic steps into confident, connected Salsa dancing. This course also provides a framework for learning and refining more complex moves over time.
Our instructors guide you step by step in a fun, safe, and supportive environment, with a focus on technique, connection, and practical application.
Partners are rotated throughout the class, so there’s no need to bring a partner.
Bachata Essentials Course (Progression Classes) 5 Weeks (5 × 1hr Workshops).
Location: N/A
Class Time: N/A
This course is designed for those who have at least completed Bachata package (Weeks 1-2 Latin Dance | Beginners Class), or for experienced dancers ready to move into Intermediate Classes.
Across these workshops, you’ll develop fundamental techniques and patterns that transform basic steps into confident, connected Bachata dancing. This course also provides a framework for learning and refining more complex moves over time.
Our instructors guide you step by step in a fun, safe, and supportive environment, with a focus on technique, connection, and practical application.
Partners are rotated throughout the class, so there’s no need to bring a partner.
Additional Information (applies to both courses):
Once enrolled, you can repeat each course as often as you like at no extra cost
Some turning techniques will be introduced throughout the course
Footwear should allow for easy pivoting and provide knee support (dance shoes are not required, but recommended). Feel free to ask us if you need guidance
