This course is for students who have completed the corresponding essentials workshops for the style they are interested in. Students, including those with prior experience, complete this level to build strong foundations and consistency.
Our classes are designed to be engaging and practical, focusing on technique, movement quality, and how to apply what you learn in a social dance setting. You’ll learn foundational movements in week one, then build on them with variations and combinations across the course.
